Shipping policy

At Waterloo Region Health Network Foundation our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We have delivered to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, placing your order with our suppliers, quality check and packaging. Processing time at this point for t-shirts is taking 2-3 weeks. Lawn and Window signs are manufactured with local suppliers and are shipped out on a weekly basis.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15 business days. Since we use The Delivery Guys to help with our fulfilment process once they receive the correct inventory items usually take between 2-5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

COVID distancing rules have made it more difficult on manufacturers to follow normal turnaround times. We apologize for any inconvenience.
