PRE-ORDER Truth & Reconciliation Day Orange Shirt

Orange Shirt Day, and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 30, calls us to honour survivors of residential schools and remember the children who never returned home. Reconciliation is not a single day—it is a journey of learning, reflection, and action year-round.

WRHN partnered with Indigenous artist Luke Swinson, whose artwork reflects the life-giving significance of the Grand River and reminds us that Indigenous representation and inclusion are essential to reconciliation. His designs, featured on blue and orange shirts, support the Indigenous CareShip Fund, easing financial burdens for Indigenous patients and families.

Wearing the shirt is one way to carry forward the reminder that reconciliation is a shared, daily commitment. We encourage everyone to wear their shirts any day to visibly demonstrate this commitment to truth and reconciliation beyond September 30.
